Madeline Cobb, DrOT, OTR/L
Maddy graduated from the University of the Sciences with her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and has always loved working in pediatrics. Before graduate school, she worked in Pennsylvania providing behavioral interventions in the home, school, and community for children with varying diagnoses. Her journey then led her to a small nonprofit in Delaware that offered sensory-based OT along with Floortime Therapy. She worked at this clinic as a Floortime Therapist for 3 years before starting graduate school for OT. From there she was able to cultivate her knowledge and passion of how the sensory systems impact every individual. As an OT, Maddy not only incorporates sensory and DIR/Floortime strategies into her sessions, but she truly believes in having fun and utilizing play as a motivator to help achieve her client’s goals. She also enjoys working in the Early Intervention setting, working closely with families in their homes.
