Samantha Postle, M.S., CCC-SLP, TSSLP


Samantha is certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed in both New York and New Jersey. She attended CUNY Queens College and earned her Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She continued her education at CUNY Brooklyn College and graduated with her Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology.

Samantha began her career as a full-time school based Speech and Language Pathologist for The Shield Institute in Flushing, New York, where she worked with students ranging from 3-21 years of age with a variety of communication disorders.

She has evaluated and treated students and patients across the lifespan and has experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and multiple disabilities. Samantha has a passion for providing person-centered therapy that focuses on the individual needs and strengths of everyone she treats. She has completed several continuing education courses to expand her knowledge of assessment and treatment of Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Specifically, she has completed the Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing (DTTC) training and is a Level 1 PROMPT trained therapist (PROMPTS for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets). Additionally, she continues to learn about Neuro-diversity Affirming therapy practices in order to empower children to build confidence and give respect to the unique differences and needs of people with disabilities.
